42例心肌梗死诊断过程中的体会

目的总结心肌梗死患者临床表现的多样性,寻找减少心肌梗死患者误诊的方法,利于在第一时间内识别出该类患者,使患者得到最及时合理的治疗。方法对我院2007-01～2011-08间,收治的42例心肌梗死患者的临床表现进行回顾分析。结果患者主诉及表现多样化,初诊误诊率14.3%。结论基层医院需做到心电图检查常规化,尤其注意18导联检查及动态心电图观察,并及时行心肌酶谱检测,以防漏诊。
