腹腔镜可调节胃束带术治疗肥胖症的麻醉体会

Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Banding to Treat Obesity Anesthesia

目的研究对过度肥胖的患者行腹腔镜可调节胃束带术的麻醉特殊性及处置。方法过度肥胖患者18例在静吸复合全麻下行腹腔镜胃束带术,快速诱导,气管内插管,术中瑞芬太尼-七氟醚静吸复合全麻,术后随访。结果患者均麻醉满意,无术中知晓及麻醉意外。结论肥胖患者应重视术前访视、评估。正确掌握拔管时机,预防并发症。

Objective To study the specificity and disposal of anesthesia for obese patients underwent laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding. Methods 18 cases of obese patients in the quiet combined with inhalation anesthesia by laparoscopic gastric banding,rapid induction,endotracheal intubation,intraoperative remifentanil-sevoflurane isoflurane anesthesia,patients were followed up. Results The patients were narcotic satisfaction,no intraoperative awareness and anesthetic accidents. Conclusion Obese patients should pay attention to the preoperative interview,assessment.Proper understanding of the extubation timing,and prevent complications.
