微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂输尿管上段结石临床研究

Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Take Lithotomy Treatment of Complicated Upper Ureteral Stones Clinical Research

目的研究微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法分析总结我院采用微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂输尿管上段结石的113例临床资料。结果 113例均手术取石成功,手术时间25～48 min,平均32 min。其中:4例1期造瘘,2期取石成功,术后4～6周取出双J管。随访3～6个月,无结石复发。结论微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂输尿管上段结石创伤小,恢复快,清石率高,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy in the treatment of complicated upper ureteral stones. Methods 113 cases of such patients in our hospital last year were studied retrospectively. Results All cases were successful.The operative time was 25~48 min,average 32min.Four cases colostomy in one stage,and calculus removed successfully in second stage.4 to 6 weeks after surgery to remove the double J tube.All cases weere followed up for 3 to 6 months,no stone recurrence. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrostomy lithotomy mightbe quicker recovery,stone clearance rate,safe and effective in the treatment of complicated upper ureteral calculi trauma.
