宫血宁胶囊用于药物流产术后出血疗效观察

Gongxuening Capsules for the Efficacy of Postoperative Bleeding of Medical Abortion

目的观察宫血宁胶囊用于药物流产术后出血的临床价值。方法选择2009-05～2010-12间,在我院门诊行药物流产终止早期妊娠的患者为研究对象,观察两组的流产效果、阴道出血量、服药后不良反应和月经恢复情况。结果本研究结果显示,两组患者完全流产率分别为89.5%、87.5%。研究组中无1例发生严重副反应,研究组的流产效果、月经恢复情况与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论药物流产同时配伍宫血宁胶囊可有效减少药物流产术后出血及出血时间,且无严重副作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the Gongxuening Capsule in the treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage after medical abortion bleeding. Methods From 2009 -05 to 2010 - 12, the terminate early preg- nancy patients with medical abortion in our hospital were studied. To observe the abortion effect of the two groups, vaginal bleeding, adverse reaction after taking the drug and menstrual recovery. Results The study results showed that two groups of patients complete abortion rates were 89.5% , 87.5%. There was no cases of serious side effects in the study group. The effect of abortion, menstrual recovery have no statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion The medical abortion compatibility Palace blood capsule can effec- tively reduce bleeding after medical abortion and bIeeding time, and no serious side effects.
