“针对性健康教育”在脑卒中一级预防中的应用研究

Application Study on "Health Education Individually" in Primary Prevention of Cerebral Apoplexy

目的社区医院通过对脑卒中高发人群的调查及对他们采取针对性的健康教育,探索脑卒中一级预防的策略。方法从我院门诊病人中,选取符合脑卒中高危条件的人群,采用自制的"脑卒中健康知识调查表"进行调查,并实施针对性健康教育为主导的预防脑卒中综合干预。结果干预后,高危人群对健康知识的普及率、知晓率较干预前提高,不良生活习惯较干预前下降(P<0.05)。结论社区医院通过对脑卒中高危人群针对性的健康教育,对于脑卒中的预防和控制具有积极意义,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the strategy for primary prevention of cerebral apoplexy,by researching the high-risk group of people and taking health education individually in community hospitals.Methods Select the people at high-risk of cerebral apoplexy from outpatients who come to our hospital.For those people,we using the ＂cerebral apoplexy knowledge schedule table＂ to carry out investigation then implement the combination interference dominant by health education to aim directly at prevent cerebral apoplexy.Results The popular rate and the understanding rate of healthy knowledge in the high-risk group of people are increase postintervention,the unhealthy living habit decrease than before interfervention,（the difference have statistical significance,P0.05）.Conclusion It is valuable for community hospitals to prevent and control the cerebral apoplexy by taking health education individually to the high-risk group of people.
