摘要
目的探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断要点。方法对9例肉芽肿性乳腺炎临床资料和病理特征进行回顾性分析。结果 9例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者均为年轻女性,年龄19～38岁。以乳房外周肿块就诊,临床无特殊症状,辅助检查易误诊为癌,只能依靠病理确诊。结论肉芽肿性乳腺炎的术前、术中确诊很重要,确诊必须依靠病理诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological and differential diagnostic features of granulomatous mastitis（GM）.Methods Clinical data and pathological characteristics of GM were evaluated retrospectively in 9 cases.Results All the 9 patients with GM manifested with a mass located outside the breast were young women aged from 19 to 38.All the cases can only depend on pathological examination for the correct diagnosis for they didn＇ t show any special clinical symptoms and adjunct examination would show suspected carcinoma.Conclusion Correct diagnosis of GM before and during operation is essential,which have to depend on pathological examination.
