中国的康复医学起步较晚,要实现系统化、规范化、科学化的建设康复机构,少走弯路,还需要学习其他国家的先进经验,去粗取精,探索出一条适合国内国情的道路。本文首先对英国医疗体制进行了概述,明确了康复医学在医疗体系中的位置。分析了英国相关权威机构BSRM关于康复机构设置的相关规定。通过对英国康复机构的分析,总结出英国康复机构的特点,以及可供国内借鉴的经验。

Rehabilitation medicine has just been introduced into China.As it is a new subject,it is important for us to learn from other countries,and find a path that suits China.In this article,to clarify where rehabilitation stands in the medical system of the UK,the National Health System is introduced,followed by a close analysis of ＂BSRM Standards for Rehabilitation Services Mapped on to the National Service Framework for Long-Term Conditions＂.By analyzing rehabilitation institutions in the UK,hopefully we can capture some characteristics of British rehabilitation institutions and apply them to practice.
