Practices on enhancing rational antibiotics use to reduce outpatient transfusion rate

目的:为医院降低门诊输液使用率提供参考。方法:结合我院采取的各种加强门诊抗菌药物合理使用的举措,分析实施前后门诊处方各项指标。结论:通过加强对抗菌药物合理使用的培训和管理,并充分运用计算机信息技术等办法,确实能减少门诊输液的使用率,使临床用药更安全、有效和经济。

Objective： To provide reference for decreasing outpatient transfusion rate.Methods： A series of indictors on evaluation prescription use before and after implementing various measures on promoting rational antibiotics of for outpatients in Ningbo No.1 Hospital were analyzed.Conclusions： Through strengthening training and management on rational use of antibiotics,outpatient transfusion rate has been decreased and clinical drug use has been more safe,effective and economic.
