工学结合下高职院校思政课教学改革与探索——以湖南省四所高职院校调查结果为例

On Reform and Exploration of the Ideological Courses Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges on the Combination of Engineering Talent with Training Mode ——Take the Finding of Four Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province as an Example

工学结合人才培养模式是一种较为理想的培养高职生的模式。它蕴含了一种理论和实践紧密结合,重视实践育人的教育理念。调查显示,高职院校思政课教学现状急切呼唤思政课改革。而工学结合中蕴含的教育理念为新形势下思政课教学提供了重要的改革方向和思路。为改变思政课教学现状,思政课教学应该积极运用实践教学方式。

The Combination of Engineering Talent with Training Mode is a ideal mode for cuhivating higher vocational students. It contaias a education idea of combining nearly theory and practice and attaching importance to the practice. The survey show that the present situation ,of ideological courses teaching in the high colleges need reformation. The education idea in the mode can provide important reform direction and thought for ideological courses teaching in new era. For changing the teaching situation ,pratice teaching should be used in the class.
