指压推拿对腰腿痛患者皮层诱发电位的影响

Influence of Finger Pressing Massage on Cortical Evoked Potential in Patients with Low Back Pain

本文运用神经电生理学方法观察指压推拿前后腰腿痛患者大脑皮层诱发电位的变化。结果发现手法镇痛治疗与皮层诱发电位晚成份波幅的受抑有关(P<0.05),手法停止后仍有一定的抑制后效应。上述变化与镇痛药物对皮层诱发电位的影响相似,从而推测指压推拿镇痛的效应环节可能在于激治了大脑皮层的下行抑制系统。

The authors used method of neuro-electro physiology to observe the changes of cortical evoked potential in patients with low back pain before and after finger pressing massage. The results shoWed that analgesia of the therapyrelated with surpression of later part wave amplitude of cortical evoked potential.Certain lingering effects were still remained after the therapy.The above changes were similar to that of ana|getic on cortical evoked potential so we suppose that effect of finger pressing mas- sage may excite the decending control mechanism of cerebral cortex.
