对渭河水环境的状况进行了讨论 ,认为近年来 ,渭河径流量减少、水质污染、河床淤积抬升、地下水危害加剧。据此 ,提出了水环境治理的对策 ,应节、蓄、引并举 ,大搞生态环境建设 ,加强水污染防治 ,减沙清淤 ,固堤防洪 。
