边防检查专业教育培训问题是目前基层反映最集中、需求最迫切、期盼最强烈的问题之一。通过区分层次、优化师资、完善课程、改革教学方法，构建专业化、规范化、科学化的检查员培养模式，不断改进边检专业教学培训工作，是从根本上解决检查员素质问题的重要方法和途径。

The immigration training is one of the problems which are mostly reflected, urgently requested, and strongly expected to be solved by the border control forces. The most effective way of promoting the inspector＇ s ability is to construct a professional, standardized, and scientific training mode by suiting the teaching to the different training objects, optimizing the instructor organization, making a rational arrangement of teaching courses, and improving the teaching methods.
