On the UN Financial Reform for Peacekeeping Operation

联合国维和财政是联合国维和行动可持续发展的关键。后冷战时代的联合国维和行动频现财政危机。在这一背景下，自20世纪90年代开始，联合国维和财政改革逐渐推进，成为改革联合国维持和平行动的一部分。经过二十多年维和财政改革，在改革动因错综复杂，改革面临诸多困难，改革方案众多的背景下，联合国维和行动的财政改革进入了相对稳定的时期。

The UN financial reform for peacekeeping operation is the key to the sustainable development of UN peacekeeping operation. On the post cold war era, peaeekeeping operation is always in a situation of financial crisis. Therefore, on this background, the UN gradually pushes its financial reform for peacekeeping operation since 1990s and makes it a part of UN peacekeeping operation. During 20 years of reform, the finance of peacekeeping operation has been in a relative stable era under the circumstance of complex reasons and difficulties.
