摘要
财务任职培训是一种岗位指向性明确的专门教育,越来越受到重视。通过对武警边防部队财务任职培训现状的分析,提出应当从优化培训内容、创新教学方法、提升教员素质、完善教材体系、改革教学管理等方面采取措施提高培训的质量。
Professional training is a kind of special training before professional practice. This paper points out some measures to optimize the training contents, methods, personal qualities and the textbooks for training and training management.
