本文从加快人才建设 ,提高编辑作业人员的技术素质 ,提高数据采集质量 ,加强生产管理 ,狠抓软件保障 ,加强技术设备的建设与管理 ,加强制度建设等方面 ,提出了这几方面是提高数字化制图质量和效益的有效途径。

In this paper, the author puts forward an effective way to raise the quality and benefits of digital map making through quickening personnel training, improving editors' technical ability and quality of data collection, through strengthening production management and soft ware guarantee, and through strengthening the construction and management of technical equipment and the construction of the rules and regulations needed.
