缺铁性贫血对孕产妇和新生儿的影响

目的:探讨孕妇缺铁性贫血对孕产妇及新生儿的影响。方法:对735例孕妇的贫血状况进行回顾性调查,采用病例对照研究方法分析。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病、产后出血、早产、低体重儿、新生儿窒息发病率随着孕妇贫血程度加重,均呈上升的趋势(P<0.05);轻度贫血可增加新生儿窒息(OR=1.81)、低体重儿(OR=1.97)早产(OR=3.21)的发生率;中重度贫血显著增加妊娠期高血压疾病(OR=3.15)、产后出血(OR=3.96)、早产(OR=6.67)、低体重儿(OR=6.62)、新生儿窒息(OR=4.27)发生的危险性。结论:孕期缺铁性贫血,尤其是中重度贫血,对孕妇及新生儿健康都存在着一定的影响。

Objective：To investigate iron defi- ciency anemia in pregnant women on preg- nancy complications and newborn. Methods： 420 patients with anemia of pregnant women were studied retrospectively, using case -control study analysis. Results： The hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, postpartum hemor- rhage,premature birth, low birth weight children,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia with the aggravation of anemia in pregnant women, are up in the trend（P 〈0.05）;mild anemia may increase neonatal asphyxia （OR = 1.81 ）, low birth weight children （ OR = 1.97 ）, pre-term delivery （ OR = 3. 21 ） incidence ; in a significant increase in severe anemia; preg-nancy induced hypertension （ OR = 3.15 ）, postpartum hemorrhage （ OR = 3.96 ）, preterm birth （ OR = 6. 67 ）, low birth weight children （ OR = 6. 62 ）, neonatal asphyxia （ OR = 4.27 ） the risk of occurrence. Conclusion：Iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy, especially in severe anemia in pregnant women have pregnancy complications and neonata/ health there is a certain impact.
