高血压脑出血微创治疗方法及护理

目的:通过对高血压脑出血穿刺手术治疗效果的评价,提高对微创手术的认识。方法:高血压脑出血患者40例,微创手术经过及治疗效果进行回顾性分析总结。结果:在提高定位精确度前提下,运用YL-Ⅰ型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术治疗高血压脑出血使死残率降低。结论:科学地运用YL-Ⅰ型一次性颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针微创手术治疗高血压脑出血疗效明显,在护理方面,除做好术前、术后的护理外,还要严密观察病情变化,做好患者的康复护理。

Objective： Raise awareness of minimally invasive surgery by evaltuating the treatment results of the application of it in curing hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Analyzing and summarizing the processing and treatment results of 40 cases of minimally invasive operation curing hy- pertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Results：Un- der the premise of improving the location precision, using YL- type I intracranial haematoma crushing needle increases the survival rate for patients with hypertensive hemorrhage significantly, and improves the quality of life obviously. Conclusion： Using YL -type I intracranial haematoma crushing needle scientifically and skillfully has cura- tive effect. In nursing respect, we also should give close observation of disease conditions and rehabilitation nursing, in addition to the preoperative, postoperative care.
