小剂量米非司酮预防子宫内膜息肉(EMP)复发治疗的疗效观察

目的:探讨米非司酮在预防EMP复发治疗中的疗效观察。方法:收治EMP患者150例,在行刮宫或内膜息肉电切术后应用小剂量米非司酮预防复发并跟踪随访分析。结果:131例应用小剂量米非司酮3个月后随访6～24个月以上无复发。9例停药6～12个月复发;10例停药12个月后复发;5例停药24个月后复发。所有患者服药后均出现短暂性闭经,停药后3各月均月经逐渐恢复正常。无出现恶心、呕吐病例。结论:小剂量米非司酮预防EMP复发治疗的疗效稳定,所以是一种有效安全的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the pre- vention of recurrent EMP mifepristone in treatment efficacy. Methods： from 2003 to 2011 in our hospital for treatment of 150 pa- tients with EMP, at curettage or endometrial polyp electrocision after application of small dose of mifepristone in relapse prevention and follow - up analysis. Results ： 131 cases of the application of small dose of mifepris- tone after 3 months of follow - up in 6 to more than 24 months without recurrence. Discontinuation of treatment in 9 cases of 6 - 12 month relapse ; discontinuation of treat- ment in 10 cases of recurrence 12 months after discontinuation of the drug; 5 cases re- curred after 24 months. All patients after medication were temporary amenorrhea, after stopping every 3 months are gradually re- stored normal menstruation. No nausea, vom- iting cases. Conclusion： the small dose of mifepristone in the prevention of recurrent EMP treatment the curative effect is stable, so it is an effective and safe treatment method.
