本文报告了脑外伤后合并颈椎综合征147例.既往曾按脑震荡后遗症、脑外伤后综合征治疗不理想,病人均合并有不同程度的颈椎综合征表现。经应用手法治疗总有效率达98%,本文结合文献对其发病机理及手法的作用进行了探讨。

The Subject reports t47 cases of complicated cervical complex after cerebral trauma.Such cases were treated as cerebral concussion sequel and cerebral trauma comples before.The curative effects were not good and the patients were complicated by cervical complex, The total efficiency rate of the manipulative treatment of above.147 casee is 98%.The cause and mechanism of complicated cervical complex after cerebral trauma and the action of manipulative therapy have been discussed in the subject according to the medical literature.
