中药治疗尿毒症血透患者功能性消化不良40例

目的:中药治疗尿毒症血透患者功能性消化不良的作用观察。方法:将80例尿毒症FD患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组中药配合心理干预,对照组西医治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率93%,对照组总有效率73%,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗尿毒症血透患者功能性消化不良疗效确切。

Objective：Chinese medicine treatment uremia hemodialysis patients functional indigestion role observations. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into uremia FD treatment group and control group, the treat- ment group psychological intervention with traditional Chinese medicine, western medi- cine treatment control group. Results ： Treat- ment group total effectiveness 93%, the control group total effectiveness 73%, two groups of comparisons are significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine treatment uremia hemodialysis patients functional indigestion curative effect is accurate.
