着眼于推进农村社会管理创新和建设学习型社会的目标要求,发展农村社区教育显得十分必要而紧迫。我国农民教育需求呈现属地化特征符合社区教育发展方向。现有农村教育基础和农民教育愿望为发展农村社区教育创造重要机遇。基于农村妇女地位、角色和职能深刻变化的客观实际,需要发展社区教育并以培养"有文化、懂经营、善管理、长技艺"农村新主妇为战略重点。

Farmers＇ demand for education in China presents the characteristics of the localization in line with the direction of the development of community education. The basis of the existing rural education and farmers＇ education desire has created an important opportunity for the development of rural community education. Based on the status of rural women, the role and functions of the profound changes in reality, we need to develop community education in order to cultivate the new housewives with knowledges, skills and culture of management.
