社会转型背景下我国成人高等教育的发展思考

Thoughts on Development of China's Adult Higher Education in the Period of Social Transition

文章认为,成人高等教育未能及时适应我国社会转型是它陷入困境的根本原因。分析指出,社会转型对成人高等教育的功能定位、激励机制、服务对象和教育理念等都产生了严重的冲击,成人高等教育呈现出新的显著特征,并由此提出了相应的建议。

The issue considers that the basic reason why adult higher education in China has gotten into trouble is that it failed to fit in with social transition of China timely. It indicates that the social transition makes a world of difference on function definition, incentive mechanism, object of service and educational ideas of adult higher education, therefore, adult higher education shows some new significant characteristics. Finally, a few relevant suggestions are put forward.
