摘要
顶岗实习是高职工学结合的最佳途径,顶岗实习效果直接影响到人才培养质量。构建适合高职教育需要的学生顶岗实习质量评价体系,对于规范顶岗实习管理,提高人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义。
Post practice is the best way for the higher vocational students to combine the working with the learning and its effect can influence the talents＇ qualities directly. It is important and really meaningful for normalizing the management of post practice and improving talents＇ qualities to construct the quality evaluation system which is suitable for the higher vocational students＇ post practice.
