Effects of Tong Du Huo Xue Tang on Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

腰椎管狭窄症是骨伤科常见病,中外学者多主张手术治疗,笔者运用李同生教授的验方通督活血汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症84例,临床疗效满意,文章介绍了通督活血汤的组成、方义及加减法,从中医病因学角度阐述了通督活血汤治疗腰椎管狭窄症的机理,为腰椎管狭窄症的治疗,另辟了一条简、便、廉、效、病员痛苦少的有效途径。

Lumbar spinal stenosis,a common disease in clinics,has frequently been treated surgically.We,hewever,applied a proved recipe of prof.Li Tong Shang-Tong Du Huo Xue Tang on 84 such patients and obtained remarkable euratine effects.In this paper,an intro- duction was given to the composition and usagc of this decoction,and its therapeutic effects were explored according to the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Thus,a convenient, economical and effective therapy was created for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.
