胸腰椎压缩性骨折87例临床疗效分析

Experience of the Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine For Compressive Fracture of the Thoraciclumbar Vertebra:Curative Effect Analysis of 87 Cases

1985年至1988年收治胸腰椎压缩性骨折87例,其中包括部分伴不全瘫和并发其它部位骨折的多发骨折,采用垫枕练功并加以适当调整,同时配合中西药和针灸等治疗,以加强瘀血吸收,消除脊髓肿胀,恢复神经功能,预防并发症,促进骨折愈合和防止后遗症,提高了临床疗效。文章还对垫枕练功的定性定量要求和存在的一些问题进行合理分析,提出了新的见解。

87 cases of compressive fracture of the thoracic-Lumbar vertebra were cured from 1985 till 1988.Some of them had partial Paralysis or multiple fracture.The patients were treated and adjusted by method of using a pillow and doing functional exercisee in the meantime they took the traditional chinese and western medicine and had acupuncture and moxibustion,etc,as a supporting rolc in order to improve absorbing of estravasatod blood,eliminate the swelling of spinal cord,recover the ability and also prevent sequelae,and we have good effects.The article analyses the quantities of doing functioal exercises and some problems,it also gives some new points of view.
