论烧伤患者气管切开术后的循证护理

目的将循证护理的方法应用于气管切开后减少并发症的发生。方法根据循证护理的方法(4个连续性过程:循证问题、循证支持、循证观察、循证运用),气管切开术患者常顾虑的安全性、有效性、费用及常见并发症为出发点,结合临床实际,最后确定护理措施。结果肺部感染率2.6%,套管脱落无,套管堵塞无。结论循证护理的方法有效减少并发症,提高生存率。
