非营养性吸吮联合腹部抚触治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察非营养性吸吮(NNS)联合腹部抚触治疗极低出生体重儿(VLBW)喂养不耐受的临床疗效。方法将新生儿病房收治的喂养不耐受VLBW分为观察组和对照组,两组患儿均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予NNS联合腹部抚触。结果观察组喂养不耐受消失明显早于对照组,达到完全肠内营养时间与对照组比较有明显缩短;与对照组比较,观察组喂养不耐受后7d平均每天增加的奶量较多,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组。结论非营养性吸吮(NNS)联合腹部抚触治疗极低出生体重儿(VLBW)喂养不耐受,值得推广。
