摘要 基于提供一个足够低的通信中断概率是任何一个实用通信系统所必具的性能,提出了一个简略的平流层蜂窝通信模型.用计算机仿真的方法分析了平台运动对移动用户的通信中断概率的影响.仿真结果表明,适当地增大小区半径,可使平台不稳定造成的通信中断概率迅速减小. Owing to the wind power in the stratosphere, the covered area of the multi beam antenna mounted on the hanging platform of the stratospheric communication system would be unstable, which would increase the handoffs of mobile users and the probability of communication interruption as well. It is essential for a practical communication system to provide the services with adequately low interruption probability. In this paper, a brief stratospheric cellular communication model was proposed. By the model, with a computer simulation method, the influence of stratospheric platform movement on the mobile communication interruption probability was analyzed.
