摘要
研究复杂系统的多准则系统评价方法 ,使其能对系统评价中的自然语言进行模糊层次化处理 .根据模糊集理论 ,提出 PL OWA(proportional linguistic ordered weighted av-eraging)算子 ,对 L OWA算子的应用进行扩展 ,定义新的变换权函数 ,使其能对不同准则下不等权的语言信息进行综合处理 .并概括总结了基于 PL OWA算子进行系统评价的模糊 AHP法 (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) .新方法可以直接对自然语言进行处理 ,计算方法灵活、直观 。
To investigate the method for evaluating complex systems, and the operator for aggregating weighted linguistic information, based on fuzzy sets theory, a PLOWA operator was presented to extend the application of LOWA operator, and a new transform function to aggregate weighted linguistic information was defined. The fuzzy AHP method based on PLOWA operator can process natural language directly, and its execution is mush more intuitive and effective than traditional fuzzy multiple attribute decision making methods.
