不同术式对肺癌患者凝血及炎性因子的影响

Influence of different operations for coagulation and inflammatory factors of patients with lung cancer

目的比较不同术式对肺癌患者的凝血及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2009年9月～2011年11月于本院进行手术治疗的78例肺癌患者为研究对象,将其根据术式分为对照组(开胸手术组)39例和观察组(胸腔镜手术组)39例,对两组患者术前及术后3、7d的APTT、TT、PT及血清IL-10、CRP、IL-8水平进行比较。结果观察组术后3、7d的APTT、TT、PT及血清IL-10、CRP、IL-8水平均低于对照组,且均呈现先升后降的变化规律,术后比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术对肺癌患者的凝血及炎性状态影响均较小。

Objective To compare the influence of different operations for coagulation and inflammatory factors of patients with lung cancer.Methods Seventy-eight patients with lung cancer were selected as research object in our hospital from September 2009 to November 2011,and they were randomly divided into control group（thoracotomy group） 39 cases and observation group（laparoscopic surgery group） 39 cases,then the APTT,TT,PT and serum IL-10,CRP,IL-8 of two groups before and after the surgery at third and seventh days were compared.Results The APTT,TT,PT and serum IL-10,CRP,IL-8 of observation group after the surgery at third and seventh days were all lower than those of control group,and they all increased first and decreased afterwards,the levels of two groups after the surgery were compared,all P 0.05,the differece was significally significant.Conclusion The influence of different operations for coagulation and inflammatory factors of patients with lung cancer is smaller.
