手术治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of observation of surgical treatment of three ankle fractures

目的探讨开放手术治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效。方法以14例三踝骨折患者为研究对象,按Lauge-Hansen系统分型,并行开放复位内固定手术治疗。结果患者平均随访13个月,踝关节功能主观评估:优11例(78.6%)、可3例(21.4%)、差0例;术后未发生畸形愈合、胫腓下联合处螺钉断裂及关节内感染等并发症。结论手术治疗三踝骨折可提高解剖复位,重建稳定性,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of patients with trimalleolar fracture treated with surgical.Methods By 14 cases of patients with fracture of the three ankle as the research object,by Lauge-Hansen system classification,parallel open reduction and internal fixation operation.Results All the cases were followed up for 13 months in average.Ankle subjective evaluation function：11 cases（78.6%） in good,3 cases（21.4%） in fair,0 case in bad.There were no nonunion of the fractures,no broken of the screw and no intra-articular infection was happened.Conclusion Surgical treatment can improve three anatomical reattachment ankle fractures,the reconstruction of stability,and less complications,and clinical application.
