早期外周静脉营养联合微量喂养治疗极低出生体重早产儿84例临床分析

Clinical research of early peripheral intravenous nutrition combined with minimal feeding treatment of 84 cases in VLBW

目的观察早期外周静脉营养联合微量喂养在极低出生体重早产儿(very low birth weight,VLBW)中的应用及治疗效果。方法将本院收治的168例VLBW随机均分为两组,实验组全部给予早期外周静脉营养联合微量喂养,对照组均给予全静脉营养(TPN)。观察比较两组患儿的血浆蛋白、电解质、血糖、血尿素氮变化等指标。结果在喂养7d之后,两组VLBW比较发现血钙、锌、铁、血清蛋白、总蛋白、血糖、总胆红素、结合胆红素及血尿素氮的变化,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血电解质中,钾和钠差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期外周静脉营养联合微量喂养治疗VLBW取得的效果更为满意。

Objective To observe the application and the treatment effect of early peripheral intravenous nutrition combined with micro-feeding treatment in VLBW.Methods One hundred and sixty-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital,experimental group was given the peripheral intravenous nutrition combined with micro-feeding,while the control group was given the TPN.Plasma proteins,electrolytes,blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen and other indicators were observed and compared.Results After feeding 7 days later,there was obvious difference between the two groups in calcium,zinc,iron,blood albumin,total protein,blood glucose and blood urea nitrogen（P 0.05）,while there was no significant different in potassium and sodium in blood electrolytes（P 0.05）.Conclusion The result of early peripheral venous nutrition combined with micro-feeding is more effective and satisfactory in treating VLBW.
