摘要
目的研究左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者贫血的影响。方法选取2010年2月～2011年10月在本院行维持性血液透析治疗的患者62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用左卡尼汀治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,观察两组患者治疗2个月后的血红蛋白和血细胞比容的数值。结果治疗组患者血红蛋白及血细胞比容较对照组明显升高。结论对维持性血液透析患者补充左卡尼汀能显著提高血红蛋白,同时减少促红素的用量。
Objective To study the influence of L-carnitine on anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty two patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were selected from February 2010 to October 2011,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were given L-carnitine,control group were given conventional treatment,hemoglobin and hematocrit values of two groups after two months treatment were observed.Results The hemoglobin and hematocrit of treatment group were obviously higher than those of control group.Conclusion L-carnitine can significantly increase hemoglobin,meanwhile reduce the dosage of erythropoietin.
