摘要
研究用不同的手性选择剂拆分异丙嗪旋光异构体 .用毛细管区带电泳法拆分异丙嗪旋光异构体 .研究表明 ,用低浓度 β-环糊精 (β- CD)可基线分离异丙嗪旋光异构体 ,用谷氨酸 - β- CD不能基线分离 ,而用由两者组成的混合手性剂体系所造成的分离介于用各单个手性选择剂所造成的分离选择性之间 ,在一些混合比例下也可基线分离异丙嗪旋光异构体 .
To investigate the effects of nature and concentration of chiral additives on the separation of promethazine enantiomers, the capillary zone electrophoresis method was used. The low concentration of β CD was found to result in the baseline separation of promethazine, while the Glu derived β CD only partly resolved the enantiomers. Using the mixture of native β CD and Glu modified β CD, a good resolution was achieved, and the resolution via mixture additives was between those obtained via two single chiral additive. The characteristics of chiral additive in CZE have significant effects on the results of enantiomer separation.
