摘要
目的探讨速度向量成像(VVI)技术评价肥胖者颈总动脉(CCA)短轴方向管壁弹性的应用价值。方法选择健康志愿者30名,肥胖者40名,分别利用VVI技术分析右侧CCA管壁短轴方向二维图像上各节段的最大应变(Smax)以及最大应变率(SRmax),用以评价其血管壁弹性差异。结果与对照组相比,肥胖组颈总动脉IMT显著增厚,血管各壁的Smax、SRmax显著降低(P<0.05),心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VVI技术可用于分析颈总动脉管壁弹性变化。VVI参数与IMT相结合利于全面评价颈总动脉的弹性状态。
Objective To explore the elastic parameters of common carotid artery(CCA) wall in short-axis orientation of obesity patients with velocity vector imaging(VVI).Methods Thirty normal people and 40 obesity patients were selected.Two-dimensional dynamic images of CCA were acquired in short-axis view with color Doppler ultrasound.Elastic parameters were analyzed in right CCA in multiple segments.Comparison of these parameters between the two groups was performed as well.Results Compared with Control group,intima-media-thickness(IMT) in obesity group was significantly thickened as well as the strain and strain rate was significantly lower(P 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate(P 0.05).Conclusion The elastic characteristics of the CCA wall can be analyzed by VVI technique.Combining parameters of VVI with IMT,the vascular wall elastic state can be assessed more comprehensively.
