艾灸治疗与护理配合对面神经炎的疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of moxibustion therapy and nursing intervention on treatment of facial nerve inflammation

目的探讨艾灸治疗和护理配合对面神经炎的治疗效果。方法选取2006年7月～2010年12月在本院治疗的面神经炎患者100例随机分为两组。对照组50例采用内科常规药物治疗;治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上采用艾灸治疗,并给予适当的护理干预;比较两组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈46例,占92%;显效2例,占4%;有效2例,占4%;无效0例,占0%;总有效率为100%。对照组痊愈33例,占66%;显效4例,占8%;有效4例,占8%;无效9例,占18%;总有效率为82%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论内科常规药物治疗的基础上采用艾灸治疗,并给予适当的护理干预治疗面神经炎,治愈率高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of moxibustion therapy and nursing intervention on treatment of facial nerve inflammation.Methods One hundred patients with facial nerve inflammation in our hospital from 2006 July to 2010 December were randomly divided into two groups.Each group had 50 cases.The two groups were both given internal conventional treatment,while the treatment group added moxibustion therapy and nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Forty six cases in the treatment group were cured（92%）,2（4%） cases were remarkable,2（4%） cases were effective,no case was invalid.The total efficiency of treatment group was 100%.Thirty three cases in the control group were cured（66%）,4（8%） cases were remarkable,4（8%） cases were effective,9（18%） cases were invalid.The total efficiency of the control group was 82%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of internal conventional treatments joint moxibustion and nursing intervention to cure facial nerve inflammation is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
