注射用益气复脉(冻干)治疗冠心病心力衰竭的多中心临床研究

Multicentre clinical research of Yiqifumai Injection in treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure

目的进一步评价注射用益气复脉(冻干)治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效与安全性。方法入组1 134例冠心病所致心力衰竭患者,给予注射用益气复脉(冻干)治疗,疗程14 d。结果受试者心功能提高,显效率为52.83%,有效率为34.63%。Lee氏心力衰竭计分减少,显效率为27.47%,有效率为59.63%。明尼苏达心力衰竭评分治疗后较基线改善,心胸比率缩小,胸片异常人数减少,彩超中多项检测指标均有改善。结论注射用益气复脉(冻干)可明显提高心力衰竭患者的心功能评级,提高生活质量,对心室重构逆转有辅助治疗作用,能提高心肌收缩与舒张功能,改善心脏的泵血功能。

Objective To further evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yiqifumai Injection on coronary heart disease heart failure. Methods One thousand one hundred and thirty four patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart dis- ease were recruited,who were treated with Yiqifumai Injection for 14 days. Results The cardiac function of patients in- creased, the markedly effective rate was 52.83%, and the effective rate was 34.63%. Lee＇s heart failure score reduced, the markedly effective rate was 27.47%, the effective rate was 59.63%. Minnesota heart failure score improved after treatment than before, cardiothoracic ratio decreased, the number of chest X-ray abnormalities reduced, various color Doppler ultra- sound in the detection of indicators improved. Conclusion Yiqifumai Injection has great function about heart failure, can increace the quality of life, has adjuvant therapy role on ventricular remodeling reversal, can improve myocardial systolic and diastolic function, improve the pumping function of the heart.
