摘要
目的探讨股骨干骨折术后进行早期功能锻炼预防膝关节功能障碍的作用。方法选择本院收治的96例股骨干骨折患者,均采用切开复位内固定术治疗。96例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组术后第2天开始逐渐进行康复锻炼,对照组术后第7天开始逐渐进行康复锻炼,2个月后对两组患者膝关节功能进行疗效评估及膝关节韧带损伤评估(HSS),并进行比较。结果治疗2个月后,观察组患者膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组与对照组治疗后HSS评分均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.01、P<0.05),但观察组HSS提高更显著(P<0.05)。结论股骨干骨折术后早期行功能锻炼能够有效促进膝关节功能恢复,预防发生膝关节功能障碍,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the role of early recovery exercise for femoral shaft fractures on prevention of postopera- tive knee function disturbance. Methods A total of 96 patients with femoral shaft fracture treated in our hospital were se- lected and underwent open reduction and internal fixation. All 96 patients were divided into observation group and control group at random, with 48 patients in each group respectively. Patients in observation group received recovery exercise on the second day after surgery, and patients in control group received recovery exercise on the seventh day after surgery, the efficacy of knee function and hospital for special surgery knee rating scale (HSS) after two months of the two groups were e- valuated and compared. Results After treated for two months, the good rate of knee function in observation group was sta- tistically higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01), the HSS score of both groups were significantly improved after surgery compared with before surgery (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05), but the observation group showed a more improvement after surgery (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Early recovery exercise after surgery can effectively promote the recovery of knee for patients with femoral shaft fracture, and prevent the occurrence of knee function disturbance, and it is worthy of extensive applied in clinic.
