摘要
目的建立麻桂鼻炎片中盐酸麻黄碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱,乙腈—0.1%磷酸(8:90)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长207 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在1.026～10.26μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.56%,RSD为1.63%(n=6)。结论该含量测定方法简便、分离效果好、结果准确可靠,可用于麻桂鼻炎片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Maguibiyan Tablets. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column, using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （8：90） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the content was detected at a wavelength of 207 nm. Results The Ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linear relation in the range of 1.026-10.26 p^g/mL （r = 0.999 6）, the average recovery was 98.56% and RSD was 1.63% （n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple and has satisfactory efficacy, the result is ac- curate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Maguibiyan Tablets.
