冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心力衰竭的临床研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽(新活素)治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法 60例急性心力衰竭患者随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例,在常规治疗的基础上分别加用新活素和硝普钠,观察治疗前后两组临床症状、体征及相关血流动力学指标的变化。结果两组治疗前后临床症状均有改善,实验组治疗指标较对照组改善更加明显。结论新活素治疗急性心力衰竭患者疗效显著,安全性良好。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect and safety of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Pep- tide(rh-BNP) in treatment of acute heart failure (AHF). Methods Sixty patients with acute heart failure were randomly di- vided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). On the basis of conventional therapy, rh-BNP and Sodi- um Nitroprusside was added in experimental group and control group. To observe the clinical symptoms, signs and hemody- namics in patients before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms improved obviously in both groups, the index- es of experimental group were superior to control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of rh-BNP in treat- ment of AHF is accurate.
