摘要
目的观察贝那普利联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将94例糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例,观察组采用贝那普利联合前列地尔治疗,对照组仅采用贝那普利治疗,对比观察治疗前后两组的临床疗效及24h尿微量白蛋白、血尿素氮和血肌酐水平的变化。结果观察组总有效率为80.9%(38/47),明显高于对照组的68.1%(32/47),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗前24h尿微量白蛋白、血尿素氮和血肌酐水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组治疗后24h尿微量白蛋白、血尿素氮和血肌酐水平分别为(212.15±25.59)mg、(7.52±1.81)mmol/L和(105.62±8.51)μmol/L,对照组分别为(332.46±38.71)mg(9.06±2.43)mmol/L和(122.29±11.98)μmol/L,均较治疗前有所改善,但观察组明显低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论贝那普利联合前列地尔对糖尿病肾病进行治疗,能够明显提高疗效,改善肾功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of benazepril combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Ninety-four cases with diabetic nephropathy were divided by random digits table method into two groups with 47 cases in each: observation group (treated with benazepril combined with alprostadil) and control group (treated with benazepril). The clinical effect,24 h urinary microalbumin,serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 80.9% (38/47), and significantly higher than that in control group [ 68.1% (32/47) ] (P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of 24 h urinary microalbumin, serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). The levels of 24 h urinary microalbumin, serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in observation group after treatment were (212.15 ± 25.59) mg, (7.52 ± 1.81 ) mmol/L and ( 105.62 ± 8.51 ) μ mol/L,while the levels in control group were (332.46 ± 38.71 ) mg, (9.06 ± 2.43) mmol/L and (122.29 ± 11.98) μ mol/L. The levels all improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the levels of observation group were obviously lower than those of control group respectively (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Benazepril combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can improve the clinical effect significantly as well as the kidney function. Therefore, it deserves the application in clinic.
