指出构建区域性医疗信息共享平台的条件已经具备,说明构建区域性医疗信息共享平台的优势,介绍平台总体构架与内容,阐述平台不能在全国迅速推广的主要原因和阻力。
The paper points out that we already have the conditions to construct regional medical information sharing platform,explains the advantages of constructing the platform,introduces its overall framework and contents,elaborates the main reasons and resistance why the platform can＇t be promoted rapidly in our entire country.
