血清心肌酶及同工酶的检测在小儿腹泻中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解血清心肌酶及同工酶的检测在小儿腹泻病中的应用价值。方法收集在本院住院或门诊治疗的136例小儿腹泻患者按照不同的病因分为3组,其中轮状病毒感染组(A组)48例,杯状病毒感染组(B组)42例,其他病因即无病毒感染组(C组)46例,分别检测各组血清心肌酶及同工酶,分析结果的相关性。结果在3组结果中,轮状病毒感染组(A组)和杯状病毒感染组(B组)心肌酶及同工酶均有不同程度的升高,A组和B组心肌酶及同工酶各项指标即CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH检测结果分别与正常对照组(C组)的检测结果比较,均具有非常显著性差异,t值分别为20.5465、18.1795、10.9286、20.6550;19.1351、16.3385、6.6103、18.2089,(P均<0.01)。而A组和B组比较,差异无统计学意义,t分别为0.6169、1.4914、1.6457、0.3571,(P均>0.05)。结论轮状病毒和人类杯状病毒感染引起的婴幼儿腹泻,可引发不同程度的心肌损害,两种病毒对心肌损伤的程度无明显的差异,提示血清心肌酶及同工酶的检测可间接为小儿腹泻临床诊断提供有力的依据。 Objective To investigate the detection of serumcardiac enzymes and isoenzymes in children with diarrhea in value. Methods In the hospital inpatient or outpatient treatment of 136 cases of pediatric diar- rhea patients divided into three groupsaccording to different causes, including rotavirus infection group ( group A), 48 cases, 42 cases of calicivirus infection group (group B) the other causes of viral infection group (C) 46 cases were detected by serum cardiac enzymes and isoenzymes, the correlation analysis results. Results In three sets of results, rotavirusinfection group ( group A) and calicivirus infection group (B) cardiac enzymes and isoenzymes had different degrees, in group A and group B, myocardial enzymes and isozyme indicators CK, CK-MB, AST, and LDH test results with the normal control group (C) the detection results were very significant differences, t values were 20. 5465,18. 1795,10. 9286,20. 6550; 19. 1351, 16. 3385, 6. 6103,18. 2089, ( P 〈 0.01 ). No significantdifference in group A and group B compared to t, respectively 0. 6169, 1. 4914, 1. 6457,0. 3571 (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Rotavirus and human calicivirus infection of infant diarrhea, can cause varying degrees of myocardial damage, the two viruses no significantdifference for the extent of myocardial injury, prompt detection ofserum cardiac enzymes and isoenzymes may indirectly provide a strong basis for clini- cal diagnosis of infantile diarrhea.
