应用Tei指数研究胸部放疗对心脏的早期损伤

Using Tei index to study early injury of heart by chest radiotherapy

目的应用Tei指数研究放疗对心脏的损伤。方法收集我院住院接受胸部放疗放射野累及心脏的患者共42例。放疗前、半程、全程放疗后进行常规超声心动图检查及Tei指数测量。结果放疗后LVEF与放疗前无显著性差异;随放疗累积剂量的增高,Tei则逐渐升高,呈现剂量效应关系,全程放疗后与放疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Tei指数能敏感地检测出放疗对心功能的影响。

Objective Using Tei index to study early injury of heart by chest radiotherapy. Methods Collected 42 patients＇ data who had accepted chest radiotherapy in our hospital, then measured the LVEF and Tei index before therapy, half-term therapy and after therapy. Results There were no significance difference as to the LVEF between before therapy and after therapy. However, Tei index act up-ragulat wh-en dosage of radiotherapy was increase, there were significance difference as to the Tei index between before therapy and after therapy. Conclusion Tei index can sensitively evaluate heart function of the patien- ets who accepted radiotherapy.
