2012年3月9日,北京市医院管理局召开挂牌以来首次工作部署大会。会议当天,北京市医管局发布了《北京市医院管理局市属医院年度绩效考核办法试行》征求意见稿。绩效考核工作是北京市医管局对市属医院管理的抓手,是医管局落实"管人、管事、管资产"的重要手段。从今年起,医院院长将接受医管局的百分制考核。出台政府考核院长新办法,是北京市医管局推进公立医院改革的关键一步。
Beijing Hospital Authority held the first meeting of work arrangement on March 9th after its establishment. On the day of meeting, Beijing Hospital Authority issued the draft of Regulation on Annual Performance Assessment of Municipal Hospital by Beijing Hospital Authority (tentative). For Beijing Hospital Authority, the performance assessment is a starting point to administrate municipal hospitals and an important way to implement the policy of "Managing Staff, Performance and Asset". From this year, the hospital president should accept the assessment of percentage grading system by Hospital Authority. This new measurement, the hospital president assessed by the government, is a crucial step for Beijing Hospital Authority to promote the public hospital reform.
