考试执法在考试法规实施机制中处于重要的地位,如果没有考试执法,考试法规必将无法实现。考试执法的前提是有法可依。要增强考试执法的权威性和有效性,必须加快考试立法,做好考试法规的立法后评估工作,理顺考试管理体制,加强考试执法的管理与监督,明确考试机构的考试执法主体地位,提高其考试执法的职业化、专业化水平和考试执法能力,以增强国家考试在民众中的权威性,提高政府的公信力。

Law enforcement of examination is in a position of importance in the examination regulations implementing of the law enforcement mechanism. If there were no law enforcement of examination, the examination regulations will not be achieved. The premise of law enforcement of examination are laws to follow. To strengthen authority and effectiveness of law enforcement of examination, we must accelerate the examination legislation, do well in assessment after the legislation of examination regulations, straighten out the management of examination system, strengthen the management and supervision of law enforcement of examination, make clear the status of main body of examination institution in law enforcement, improve its level of professionalization and specialization and its ability of law enforcement examination, enhance the authority of national examination in the evaluation activities of the populace and improve the credibility of the government.
