The atmospheres of university mathematics class are often dull and rigid. In this paper,according to the authors practical teaching experience,the ＂help＂ type of teaching method can make the atmospheres of mathematics class become more relaxed and humorous,then it can effectively change the class environment and improve the quality of teaching.
