关于我国发展第三产业吸纳就业的理性思考

Rational Thinking of Expansion of Tertiary Industry to Create Employment in China

面对当前严峻的就业形势 ,仍然有人呼吁大力发展第三产业 ,创造就业机会。本文认为 ,按我国现有的经济结构状况 ,第三产业发展面临饱和状态 ,如果人为推动 ,很有可能导致进一步的结构矛盾。只有进行经济结构的再次优化和产业升级 ,创造新的第三产业发展需求 ,才能推动第三产业发展 ,提高其对就业的贡献能力。

Despite the serious employment situation,some people are still calling for drastic expansion of tertiary industry to create employment opportunities.This author believes that given the present economic structure of our country,the tertiary industry has seen supply outpacing demand.Only after the economic structure is re_streamlined and upgraded and more employment opportunities are created can tertiary industry undergo an upsurge and contribute to boosting employment rate.
