The aim of the reform and management of an enterprise is for its better development. The competitive power and economic results of an enterprise depends not only on its reform but also on its management,its improvement of technology and the role of knowledge management in its sustainable development. This article puts forward a new approach on how to take the opportunities to realize a leap in the development of the enterprises of Hunan Province,that is,knowledge management——from tradition to modernization.
