摘要
研究采用典型相关分析方法对1998—2009年我国政府科技资源投入产出相关性进行了分析。研究结果表明,科技经费支出额与我国政府科技资源投入状况相关性最强,拥有发明专利数与我国政府科技资源产出状况相关性最强。与其他投入产出分变量间相关性相比,科技经费支出额与拥有发明专利数之间的相关性最强。
Canonical correlation analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between input and output of the government science and technology resources in 1998-2009 in this paper. The results show that: the impact of expenditures for S&T on the status of government investment in science and technology resources is greatest and the impact of the number of invention patents on the output of scientific and technological resources of state government is greatest. Compared with other pairs of variables, the expenditures for S&T and the number of invention patents are more relevant.
